MapsScraper.dev product updates.

Implementation progress, verification boundaries and the work still required before commercial launch.

Verification boundaries

Live data source acceptance still requires configuration and contract checks. Review statistics are descriptive, not AI sentiment. Grid reports show data source result ordering, not independently verified Google local-pack rankings. Commercial billing and OAuth distribution are still open.

Workspace platform update

More of the workflow, connected.

  • Configurable workspace defaults, module controls, budgets, stages and typed fields.
  • Private result artifacts, retained-result pagination, CSV/JSON/JSONL downloads and scheduled expiration.
  • Durable queue delivery and atomic batches with per-task receipts.
  • CSV mapping, resumable import chunks and exact-ID deduplication.
  • Source-linked business comparisons, review statistics and coordinate grid reports.
  • Monitor snapshot comparisons, shared notifications, API diagnostics and session management.

0.24

Local hours and service areas

Keep weekly hours, split shifts, 24-hour days and dated exceptions with each branch. Choose a supported IANA time zone, distinguish unknown hours from confirmed closures, and describe storefront, service-area or hybrid coverage. Changes retain version history and require fresh review for pending operations. The same validated records are available through web, API, SDK and MCP. This stores team-maintained facts; it does not calculate live opening status or synchronize listings.

0.23

Locations and reviewed operations

Maintain branch profiles and portfolio groups with assigned managers, searchable directories and version history. Prepare private work for profile updates, posts, review replies or listing issues; submit it for administrator review, then record manual execution and evidence. Changed branch facts require fresh review. Web, API, SDK and MCP share the same workspace limits and permissions. This workflow does not publish to Google, send customer messages or verify listing ownership.

0.22

Local website and review tools

Two free tools now turn your public business facts into a LocalBusiness JSON-LD snippet, or your Google review link into SVG and PNG QR codes with an invitation. Inputs stay in your browser. Each tool includes validation, copy/download, reset, mobile layouts and a page-level WebMCP action in supporting browsers. Editing inputs clears old results. These tools do not publish a site, verify a Google listing or send customer messages.

0.21

AI answer evidence and product research

A dedicated AI search visibility page keeps a Google AI Overview observation, brand mentions and cited sources together. Review an explicit one-unit budget, inspect retained evidence, compare matching baselines and export results. Missing or incomplete answers remain unknown; source order is not search rank. The source stays disabled until licensing and live data source acceptance pass. The comparison page now includes a searchable, dated catalog of 25 products with official sources and clear MapsScraper.dev limitations.

0.20

Result geography and bounded basemaps

Located research records now share an interactive coordinate map with clusters, a visible-record list, keyboard navigation and retained-map receipts. Street imagery uses a separately configured map imagery source: review a bounded tile set and its budget before each load. Partial results stop further requests and charge only completed tiles. Map loading remains disabled until commercial licensing and live acceptance are complete; until then, the map shows clearly labeled sample markers.

0.19.1

Navigation and narrow layouts

Mobile navigation and record details now use named native dialogs, with background isolation, Escape dismissal and focus return. Shared dialogs preserve scroll locks when nested. Search controls stack on small screens, account forms keep a visible main heading, and page links announce the current section. All 39 page entry layouts were checked at 320 pixels in disconnected fixtures; authenticated flows and screen-reader acceptance remain separate.

0.19

Billing receipts and unit reconciliation

A dedicated billing workspace brings together plan quotes, subscription status, invoices, unit adjustments and recoverable checkout receipts. Signed payment events reconcile current processor records with a fenced ledger. Simulated units remain separate from research allowances. Payments remain disabled while merchant setup and live acceptance are incomplete.

0.18

Evidence-aware review analysis

AI review analysis can now stop when excerpts contain no supported customer experience. Receipts explain the outcome, preserve available token usage and prevent automatic retries. Capability upgrades require fresh approval for queued work while keeping older reports readable. Small synthetic language and instruction-attack evaluations are recorded; broader semantic quality remains unverified.

0.17

Reviewed polygon plans

Bring a GeoJSON boundary with optional holes, review a bounded cell plan and authorize its total budget. Exact coordinate filters, configurable limits, atomic batches and source receipts connect Explore, Bulk research, SDK and MCP. The coordinate schematic does not use street-map tiles; live data source coverage remains unverified.

0.16

Retained chain exports

Review a frozen set of retained review or photo pages, choose an exact-ID duplicate policy, and generate private CSV, JSON, JSONL or XLSX exports. Resumable parts, conflict counts and source-retention checks preserve a verifiable receipt without buying more pages.

0.15

Search areas and source pages

Discovery now accepts a radius or bounding box with configurable limits and a receipt for excluded coordinates. Review and photo tasks expose source-bound next-page previews, explicit budgets, page history and per-page exports. Duplicate and uncertain dispatches cannot silently repeat a page. Live data source licensing acceptance remains required.

0.14

Cited review themes

Optional AI analysis now turns a reviewed sample into a separate source-linked report. Workspace limits, explicit generation approval, durable receipts, checked quotations and cancellation connect to Reports, sharing, PDF export, SDK and MCP. Interpretations require review; they are not validated market conclusions.

0.13

Reviewed batch write-back

Saved lists now connects retained enrichment and details batches to reviewed field updates. Compare changes, inspect skipped tasks, choose fill-empty or selected-field replacement, and apply eligible records together. Version checks prevent stale updates; batch and per-record receipts preserve originals for guarded undo. Workspace settings control enablement and record caps; SDK and MCP share the workflow.

0.12

Password-protected sharing

Result snapshots and branded reports now support a separate share password, with a workspace policy requiring protection on every link. Recipient verification, PDF attachments, expiry and revocation use the same rules. Data controls identifies protected shares; lost passwords require a new link. Password verification and retries are bounded.

0.11

Retained PDF exports

Reports now generate private PDFs from a saved presentation, with configurable paper, orientation, quotas and retention. Queue history supports cancellation and download. Attach a matching file to a reviewed share; recipient verification, expiry and revocation still apply. Rendering uses a private service and never automatically replays uncertain requests. SDK and scoped MCP tools share the same contracts. Authenticated visual acceptance remains a separate gate.

0.10

Branded report delivery

Reports now include saved presentation controls, workspace brand defaults, ordered sections and selected evidence columns. Review the exact snapshot before sharing an expiring link, optionally limited to verified recipient accounts. Data controls includes share history and revocation; SDK and MCP use the same preview and permission checks. Browser printing and JSON downloads are available.

0.9

Signed webhook delivery

Integrations now connects job outcomes to your HTTPS receiver through encrypted destinations, one-time signing secrets and configurable delivery limits. Receipts include bounded retries, explicit pause/revoke controls, owner export and deletion. Scoped agent tools can inspect delivery status; a verified administrator session manages destinations.

0.8

Website observations

Homepage HTTP/HTML audits now connect saved businesses, budgeted jobs, bulk runs, reports, recurring monitors, exports and scoped agent tools. Workspace switches and retention apply throughout. Results distinguish incomplete evidence from missing metadata; no search-ranking score is inferred.
