Source and freshness
Live Maps research uses a business data supplier. Each returned record includes source attribution and a fetch timestamp. Fetch time is not necessarily the time a source listing was updated. Data availability depends on source coverage.
Observable facts, honest unknowns
Missing fields remain missing. A supplied website is not automatically verified as reachable or owned by the business. Review and photo samples may be incomplete. Result ordering depends on the query and location context.
Responsible use
Users must have a lawful basis for processing data, respect applicable data licenses and source restrictions, and validate any outreach or profiling use separately. Public availability alone does not establish permission to store, resell or contact people. MapsScraper.dev does not send outreach automatically.
Retention and deletion
New result artifacts use a configurable 7–365 day retention window and scheduled deletion. Lists and reports support explicit deletion. Task receipts and account records have separate retention. Owners can export workspace data and schedule cancellable account deletion with a configured grace period from Account & sessions. Operational logs and backups have separate retention. Do not upload sensitive personal data.
